Introduction
These User Terms of Service (the "User Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when using dox2U platform and services as an authorized user of a dox2U customer. These User Terms form a legally binding contract between you and dox2U. Please read them carefully.
If you are a customer or organization that has purchased access to dox2U services directly, the Customer Terms of Service (the "Customer Terms") governs your relationship with us. If you are accessing the services under a Customer's authorization, these User Terms apply to your use.
By accessing or using the dox2U platform and services, you agree to be bound by these User Terms. If you do not agree to these User Terms, you may not access or use the dox2U platform or services.
A Few Ground Rules
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
To the extent prohibited by applicable law, the Services are not intended for and should not be used by anyone under the age of 16. You represent that you are over the legal age to form a binding contract.
While using the Services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Access or attempt to access the Services by any means other than the interface provided by dox2U
- Circumvent any access or use restrictions put into place
- Share your login credentials with any other person
- Use the Services in a manner that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
- Upload or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
dox2U reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in dox2U's sole discretion, violates these User Terms, including terminating their account and reporting them to law enforcement authorities.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will dox2U, its affiliates, suppliers, or distributors be liable for:
- Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
- Any loss of use, data, business, profits, or goodwill
- Any damages related to your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services
- Any third-party conduct or content on the Services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct
This limitation applies to any claims under any legal theory and applies even if dox2U has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
In no event shall dox2U's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Services that gave rise to such liability in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Survival
Even after your rights to use the Services are terminated or expire, the following sections of these User Terms will remain in effect: Limitation of Liability, Confidentiality, Intellectual Property, Feedback, General Provisions, and any other provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination.
These surviving terms will continue to apply to any disputes, claims, or controversies between you and dox2U, even after the termination of your use of the Services or these User Terms.

Governing Law. These User Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dox2U is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these User Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which dox2U is located. The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction in which dox2U is located, in the English language, and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these User Terms or your rights under these User Terms, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, without dox2U's prior written consent. dox2U may assign these User Terms in whole or in part at any time to any entity without your notice or consent.

Entire Agreement
These User Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and dox2U regarding the use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and dox2U regarding the Services.
No waiver of any term of these User Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and dox2U's failure to assert any right or provision under these User Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
dox2U reserves the right to modify these User Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
